Every appointment opens with tea. A soft blanket. A few quiet minutes before anything begins. We ask what you'd like to refresh, enhance or simply maintain. That conversation shapes everything that follows. From there the consultation maps facial proportion, skin type, hair density and prior work in detail. Nothing is assumed. The plan is matched to facial architecture, never to a template, and signed off with you before a needle, blade or peel is opened.

From there, the technique is technical. Nano-needle cosmetic tattoo, ombré and powder shading, microblading, brow lamination, keratin and Korean lash lifts, classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, Ultraceuticals facials and performance peels paired with MediLUX LED phototherapy, Ulfit HIFU for non-surgical skin tightening. Pigments, needle gauges, peel strengths and aftercare products are chosen treatment by treatment, client by client. Every artist in the atelier is trained in-house against the same clinical standard so retention and finish hold up across the team.

We add quietly, never quickly. Brows first, then lashes, then a curated facials menu, then advanced skin technology. Each new discipline brought into the menu only when we can deliver it exceptionally. SkinPen microneedling joins the room shortly, alongside ongoing Ultraceuticals protocol training so the result you book today stays consistent twelve months from now.

Education and aftercare are part of the booking. Healing milestones, retention windows, top-up schedules. All communicated in writing before you leave. You will know what to expect on day three, day seven, week six and at the six-month review.
